This gallery shows some fan faves of art I’ve made over the years. I work with a wide variety of materials, from traditional paint to Home Depot paint chips to dollar store candy. I love color, rainbows, and repetitive detail that may drive some people crazy, but the process sooths my soul.

Acrylics. I like it fat, chunky, and (almost) edible.
If you look at my acrylic work and think…. Frosting? You’re not alone. For sure this is my most “controversial” work, because people seem to think I’m wasting paint. I think that’s really ***cute***, but I’ll be over here slathering it on to my heart’s content.
Watercolor. I don’t think it would be an exaggeration to say watercolor saved my life.
I know, sounds dramatic, but during a horrible season of failed pregnancies, I quit all other art and just painted patterns with watercolor. For hours. The flow I found helped me to process my grief, and incidentally went viral on the interwebs, and revived my artist calling.
Mosaic. I had an incredible opportunity to make two HUGE mosaics at the Minneapolis/St. Paul Airport.
I’ve made a few smaller projects as well. I love using 12 mm recycled glass tiles that look kinda like Chiclets.
Resin. The perfect vehicle to capture color.
Resin is a clear, glassy coating that is a perfect vehicle to capture color. I put EVERYTHING in resin, from alcohol ink and paper to craft clay, fall leaves, and bubble gum.
Collage. I love cutting stuff up.
I love cutting stuff up, from National Geographic and Vogue Magazine to Home Depot paint chips. I use a scissors, a punch, and glue sticks in this low tech, high detail work.
